Kyiv: Ukraine contrasted Russia on Wednesday with Islamic State, after a video arose internet showing evident Russian fighters recording themselves decapitating a Ukrainian hostage with a blade.
Reuters couldn’t quickly check the validness or provenance of the video shared via virtual entertainment, which showed a man in uniform executing a man who wears the yellow arm band utilized by Ukrainian troopers.
There was no prompt remark on the video from Moscow, which has denied in the past that its soldiers complete monstrosities during the full-scale attack Russia sent off the year before.
“There is something that nobody on the planet can overlook: how effectively these monsters kill,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said in a video message.

“It’s ludicrous that Russia, which is more terrible than ISIS, is directing the UNSC,” he expressed, alluding to the U.N. Security Committee where Russia took up the pivoting administration this month. “Russian fear mongers should be removed from Ukraine and the UN and be considered responsible for their wrongdoings.”
